I went to our Wal mart today. Surprise. Surprise. 4 boxes of Winchester 9mm target. bought 2 boxes. nothing else on shelves.

I went to three walmart's and one sporting goods store in my area. All were bare of ammo. Damn, I need more ammo. I'm almost below the 600 round count in .40S&W and I need some .45 APC for my new 1911. Drat! Drat! Drat!

I've been to two Walmarts in my area. Both were cleaned out. Oddly enough the walmart closest to my house had a stock of WWB .223. Never seen that before.

I have to say, it's kinda weird and a little unsettleing to know that every gun owner in America is stocking up on ammo. Gee, I wonder why?

Every once in a while Natchez Shooters Supplies has what I want (considering I only shoot 115 gr 9mm they never seem to run out of that.) The prices make me giggle.

All 4 Wal Marts around me were empty, except for rifle ammo, .380 and some .22 boxes.

Each one told me they had been backordered 3 weeks, and had been expecting ammunition any day now.

My order of 500 rounds of CCI Blazer FMJ's in .45 ACP just shipped. Got it for a good price, nearly exactly what 500 rounds would have cost at Wal Mart. So no problem, except most places online are OUT. I guess I got lucky.

Btw, heres the site if any of you guys wanna scope it out. They had mine in stock, so I'm betting they got a few others at least.

Around here, if you shoot 380, 32 or maybe 7mm mag...you're in luck with an ammo run to Wally World.

Everyone else...forget it! I haven't seen a box of Blazer Brass 45s or WWB 223s in months at a Wal Mart. Longer for 40SW value paks.

You'd think by now they'd re-stock...this is Texas...guys gotta shoot, ya know!

I just bought the only three boxes of .223 rounds from Wal Mart today. They are the Winchester 40 round pack. So I got 120 rounds and that was all they had...

Just back from my WW in Jackson and picked up another 100 round box of .223 for $39. They had lots left. Go figure. They don't carry 5.56 tho

The prices make me giggle. __________________ The three requirements for a school shooting. 1 know the floorplan. 2 Know the threats inside the location and response time/entry time for the police 3. Royally screwed up intelligent analytic mind. We need more laws to protect these three rights. Ban guns in schools, it obviously works.
