2 value packs of 550 per, Federal Champion .22 for $19.97 a piece
Plus an Atwood(i believe) marine case which strangely resembles the plano ammo cans. So now I have something to carry my stuff with if I ever get to go shoot.

Found Winchester 165gr 100rd .40 @ $31.97 and
Fed 180gr .40 @ $27.97 in KC area.
stock level are hit and miss but prices are same from Parallel Pkwy (KS) to 152 in Liberty (MO).
IE Fed was only in stock in KS, but Win was in stock at several.
FYI Same Win box was $37.99 @ Cabela's near Parallel Wal-mart.

Bought some boxes of Federal Champion FMJ's at Wal-Mart in Maple Grove MN last weekend. $11.97 for 9mm, and $17.97 for 45 acp. Close to the best deal I can find locally at the moment.

I had mentioned it at one of the stores. When I was in there couple of weeks ago they mysteriously had decided to get an ammo section. Since then I have gone back several times and it is almost always out unless you happen to get lucky.

Yeah my Walmart is always out too. They always seem to have a 250 pack of UMC in .40 but no .45

I went to Wal Mart bright and early today to get some of the cheap federal they have, before I went to the range. They only had 6 boxes of 9mm and 1 box of .45. When I went to find someone to open the case, they said nobody in the store had the keys for the ammo case at the moment. Total BS. Luckily the Fleet Farm around the corner had similar prices on 9mm, but didn't have any .45 acp in stock.

Yeah that's BS. Someone ALWAYS has the key, or at least has access to the key. When the Outdoors section employee leaves they usually give the key to the electronics section. Even still, a manager will have access to the key.
