I feel dirty, but in a good way!
This is a "Black Widow" rifle through "Shooters Wholesale" on Guns America. I talked to Gerry at length and this is a good rifle. Custom build on DC Industries receiver. Straight, clean, new, unissued. I will fully post my review of this rifle as I this gun was scoffed at on various forums. I did my home work and I think I scored!

Mind if I ask how much the rifle was (not including ammo)?

BTW, great looking rifle! I just ordered a Lancaster AK in russian red. I am trying to decide between buying an AR lower and completing it later on or buying another AK in black and "tacticool" it out later on.

Ok, so I suck at math. I paid $469 for the Ak and $139 for the 7.62 though (Yeah!) AIM Surplus.

I could have paid less but after talking to Gerry at Shooters Wholesale I was convinced. He is literally having these guns built on DC Ind. (Nodak) receivers with unissued ROM parts. He was very careful to reiterate that there are for civilian use built AK's (Even in Romania) and military AK's. He assured me this was are military grade parts kits in these rifles.

I am convinced that it will be SWEET!!!

Can we see a pic of the left side of the front trunnion just below the rear sight...I am curious as to which year this rifle is from. Never seen any unissued Romanian kits around for a long time, and I am unaware that Cugir ever sold parts kits through the Wassenaar Arrangement (the WA in WASR) to the US. Maybe they did...

AK's are meant to be dirt covered and rusty! AR's are for "tacticool"!

I too have a "Black Widow" from shooters wholesale... actually had to polish the sear it was so new (hammer wouldn't catch the sear... no biggie, just shows fresh parts)

fairly accurate for a G code barrelled gun. got mine with tapco 6 pos and CAA furniture.... took it too the range with 200rnds... i call it broke in now... good deal on a GOOD AK. he also sold me 10 rom mags for $112
