cant get the fricken slant muzzle break off!

i want to install a new compensator on my AK, but i cannot get the stock slant break off. It seems to be frozen on. I do not want to use too much force because i've scratched it up as it is.

Has anyone had this issue with a WASR 10?

If that doesn't work try twisting it to the left.

oh yeah there is a pin in the front sight base that needs to be pressed in while you are twisiting it. if you didnt already know.

it shouldnt be real tight in the first place should be sitting kinda flush with the FSB with the pin in the notch. ive yet to see one that you could actually get tight and get the pin to line up with the notch.

i tried it all...my next step is a gun smith. i dont think its welded on because when it heated up, a little cosmo came out from it. Its frozen on there!

It can be tacked on, and cosmo still seep out. They usually never completely weld them on. They just tack them in a few spots.

Gunsmith = Guy who doesn't really know any more than you, he just doesn't mind torquing on your gun harder because it isn't his. LOL!!!
