Well, I have been also looking for an AK, and after alot of research, I bought the same romanian g code from classic arms, and from what I found this was the best "bang for the buck"... I should be getting it later this week and will post my thoughts and hopefully pics.

I just purchased one of the G-Code AKs with the forward grip. I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I was told it shipped out this past monday. Ill let you know what I think when I get it.

I have a Classic Arms G-Code. The furniture finish sucked, but the rifle was very nice otherwise. A little sandpaper, stain and varnish made all the difference in the world and I really like the gun.

I have my g code from classic arms. They are great, they have Heavy Metal Guns (HMG) build them for them on US made NDS receivers, tapco triggers, us made gas piston so all your compliance parts are internal, you can legally use any mag and furniture. Wish I had got more than one when they were 369 a few months ago

Which AK did you end up getting? I am still trying to pick one, or maybe a few and narrow it down to one.

Which is the more popular AK and where do you order it from - no one local stocks them so I'll have to order one in to my FFL.
