Get the AR-15 first it cost more, that way it wont take as long to save up for an AK.

Get an AK, I would get one as soon as possible. these guns don't break, jam or anything else... they go bang.

I bought an AR last year and my AK just a few months ago, will need to get at least one more AK to be happy. I'm a little upset that I didn't get one sooner when they were really cheap and plentiful.

Seriously though either buy an ak, an ak kit and receiver, or buy an ar lower receiver. Uppers are very easy to find.

Get the AK first. Seems like prices are going up everyday. They will be some of the first banned, especially since only evil ghetto thugs have a need for them, right?

AR's will still be around and plentiful. If you have to, get an AR lower (since it is serialized) and a good AK and have your bases covered.
