Quick question..
My local shop has a Yugo fixed stock for $499. They also have a Bulgarian SSR 85 for $565. Which is the better AK?
Also, the Yugo couldn't accept bulgarian polymer mags. He said they would need some fitting, is that normal? And when he inserted the regular hi-cap metal mags, there was a little bit of wobble. Could this be due to that particular mag or should I be concerned that all mags would have that problem? Thanks in advance. I am hoping to go pick one up today |

Thank you. Hopefully I can make it out there today and pick one up.
Which would you recommend? The Yugo w/ fixed stock (wish I could make an UF or sidefolder). or Bulgarian SSR 85 Atlantic firearms - AR15 & AK47 rifles - Olympic arms at wholesale prices. |

I know, I know.. enough with the questions but you seem to be the go-to guy when it comes to ak's on the forums.
Can you speak to the quality of the SSR 85? Not really stressing the need to have a sidefolder just like that I can use it if I choose to. |
