Tapco Fusion T6 Stock system - experiences?
I'm trying to assemble all the parts I will need for my AK47 kit build and was wondering if anyone had experience of this stock set. I have heard that the SAW grip is really good but haven't heard much about the Galil style handguard or the 6 position stock.
I'll probably go with the Tapco G2 double trigger group set too. Any experience / opinions? Thanks Phil

The Galil style fore-end is really easy to install. It's a little more annoying to field strip though. I'm a little concerned that I'll end up destroying the little top part that goes over the gas tube. Just because I'm rough with everything I own. We'll see what happens. The stock is just awesome. I <3's it so hard. ![]()

VLTOR mod stocks rule!
Check these out,
Vltor - Modstocks Vltor Weapons Systems -Modstock Accessories and Components if you want to make it look like most of the ak's get a tapco, but the Vltor is battle proven and the tube is aluminum , and has a water tight compartment. It just so happens that i was at a private shooting range in Tucson AZ, I had just gotten an ak-47 and was having miss-fires , there was a man there and his name was Eric , he asked if he could take a look at my weapon, he then told me my head spacing was the culprit. it happens that he is the general manager , and designer of the mod stock , and many of the fine products at vltor weapons systems. Sorry for the long winded story ,but i wasnt buying anything from him at the time , and he gave me outstanding customer service. you can buy the part at krebs custom. Welcome to Krebs Custom - Custom Parts - Kalashnikov Rifle Parts just my thoughts , thanks for listening xracer

they (much like the AK itself) do what they are supposed to do. I have all 3 on my romy G. Love the collasible stock and saw grip. I have large hands and the SAW grip just feels better. I will probably end up taking the galil foreguard off in favor of tapcos other AK handguard with the rail system but that is personal preference. I got the barrel hot enough last time out to smoke pretty heavily but the tapco stuff didnt melt
