Finally got my AK back together

Here are some pictures, for your viewing pleasure.

The red light is for nighttime navigation through the woods while hunting. The Blue light is for following blood trails, and also has a strobe function, just in case I want to start a disco jam with my rifle. Both lights just have red/blue flip-up filters. Just Surefire G2s with aftermarket tailcaps (strobe and click-on/off).

Do you have a buffer in that gun?? That booster is for AKSUs, they help them cycle because of the limited amount of gas available for cycling. Your AK will cycle very hard and give you a lot more recoil, both from the action and on the shoulder.

The barrel is 14 1/2", so while the "booster" isn't needed, it helps make sure everything cycles (and makes the 16" legal requirement). No, there isn't a buffer in it, and it doesn't cycle any harder than my other rifles.

Gotcha, couldn't tell with all the rails/rail guards....never tried one on a longer barrel-you get 0 muzzle flash with it!

0 muzzle flash is the other benefit to the "beer can". I can't see anything comming from the muzzle at all.
