My First AK 12 ga
 
Just got to shoot my first AK 12 ga. Mach 1 Arsenal ( http://mach1arsenal.com/) did the conversion and the gun looks wonderful and the first time out it ran beautifully. It ate a mix of 00, 1, 6, 8 and the new PDX Slugs without a problem. A lot of fun to shoot!

their basic package is a little over 1000.00, but that included full duracoat, the conversion parts, reaming of the gas holes, polishing the action, the muzzle break and the handguard and the hogue grip. I upgraded the handguard and added the adjustable gas regulator. I dont know if I could have done better on price, but they were so easy to work with and so responsive that I am pleased. It got to the FFL in 2 days from when it was completed, so even that end of it was good.

I added a front sight block on mine to increase the sight radius. It's very capable of shooting clover leaves at 50 yards using Rio slugs.

Very nice. The Saiga 12 makes a great shotgun, converting it makes it even better. I bought mine cheap in '01 converted it in '05. Lots of fun to play with.
