Just have your FFL call it in. I'm sure he'll do it for you if you throw him $20 and are doing all of your transfers at his shop.

Easy peasy.

Then call and complain.

Sure, they should put on the site that for x amount you must be a dealer to order. But they didn't. They told you over the phone instead which is what other companies do as well as per my example of what happened to me. Bottom line is this. If you want the firearms then just call a dealer and have them order them for you. Or don't make the phone call and have no firearms. It sounds to me that you would rather complain about this non-issue than make a simple phone call to get what you so desire.

They are under new ownership, but Ben (former owner) still works there and obviously still updates the website using the same computer with the stuck caps lock key and no spell checker.

I've purchased from them about five times. A good company to deal with, IMO.

again, not the same issue. for some reason you like to spout off before you realize what everyone is talking about.

besides that, they added rules on the website yesterday that explain their rules on multiple gun purchases. thats fine with me, its in the open now. my issue was with them promoting multiple gun sales and then turning someone down when they call to buy. in the past they have had dealer stocking specials, advertised as that.

I also noticed that they got rid of the buy 5 for 319 for the draco.

they now have a new disclaimer about purchasing on the website.

Quote:
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
FIREARMS SALES POLICY

WE WILL ACCEPT ORDERS FOR FIREARMS DIRECTLY FROM THE END USER UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

THE BUYER MUST HAVE EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM THE FFL DEALER WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THE FIREARM FOR TRANSFER AND WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE DEALERS FFL ON FILE AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED.

NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY FIREARM FROM SECOND PARTIES, I.E. THE PERSON PLACING THE ORDER MUST BE THE SAME PERSON PAYING FOR THE ORDER AND FILLING OUT THE 4473 FORM FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FIREARM FROM THE DEALER. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS AND PAYMENTS FROM THE ACTUAL BUYER.

SINCE DEALERS HAVE DIFFERING POLICIES CONCERNING THE ACCEPTANCE AND TRANSFER OF MULTIPLE PURCHASES, ( MORE THAN 2 OF THE SAME FIREARM ) , WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT MULTIPLE PURCHASE ORDERS DIRECTLY FROM THE DEALER.

have bought from them before, was treated good and would buy from them again no prob.
